In addition to a great salary, you also get a bonus. Yes! You read that correctly. You earn a bonus just by showing up and meeting your hours target (generally 1840 per year). When you hit your annual utilization target, you get a bonus – guaranteed!
We know some people are overachievers so there are also bonuses made available for activity deemed well beyond expectations.
We work on an hours target model. This means that you have unlimited leave! We track the hours that you bill to your customer, not the hours you take off. We trust you to come up with a plan that works for you and your client to make sure that you can reach your hours contractually and legally.
You set your own work schedule with your client, as long as you and your client are happy, and you can reach your 1840 hours goal for the year, everyone wins!
Need a more relatable example? It’s pretty simple, you work 1840 hours a year (unless your contract requires something different) and that means the rest of the time is yours.
You are our most important asset so we try to put you first by providing 100% paid insurance premiums for our employees and 50% for your family.
When it comes to your future financial security, we want to help you reach your goals. Regardless of your contribution, we will contribute 8% of your salary into our 401K plan on your behalf.
We work hard so we like to take some time to play too. We'll host group events like happy hours, team dinners, parties, and other company events a few times a year. We'll also provide an annual allowance of $3,000 for you to purchase computers, monitors, equipment, or other technology or training that you need to maintain your amazing skills and keep you sharp.
